Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy

At Lulu by Design Maker Studio, we pour our heart (and a lot of prep time) into every workshop and event. Because we source specific materials and prep kits in advance, we’ve established the following guidelines to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

· We understand that life happens! Depending on when you notify us, the following options are available:

· 7+ Days Before the Event: You are eligible for a full refund or a studio credit for a future workshop.

· 6 Days before to 48 Hours: You will receive a 50% refund or full studio credit. This helps us cover the cost of materials that have already been prepared for you.

· Less than 48 Hours / No-Show: No refunds or credits will be issued. At this stage, your materials have been cut, prepped, and a seat has been held specifically for you.

Can’t make it but know someone who can? You are welcome to transfer your seat to a friend or family member at no extra cost! 

Note: Please email us at least 4 hours before the event starts with the name of the person taking your place so we can update our guest list.

In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or 'acts of nature' (inclement weather, power outages, etc.):

· You will be notified via email as soon as possible.

· You will receive the choice of a full refund or a priority transfer to the rescheduled date.

For private parties, corporate team-building, or custom commissions:

· Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

· Final Count: Changes to the guest count must be finalized 7 days prior to the event.

· Cancellation: If a private event is canceled less than 14 days before the date, the deposit is forfeited, and a 25% prep fee may apply.

To request a cancellation or transfer, please email us or contact us through our website. Please include your Order Number and the Event Date in your message.
